Who We Are
Pioneers in natural fibre bedding, Penrose Mill have been handcrafting natural sleep experiences using traditional methods from responsibly sourced British Alpaca wool since 2006. Our mission is to handcraft luxurious natural fibre bedding solutions at accessible prices whilst still honouring our core values of delivering sustainable, ethically made products, of the highest quality.
As master bedmakers we have been helping customers design their perfect sleep experience for 16 years, from the bed frame up. Specialists in natural and biodegradable fibre bedding we were the original manufacturers of the alpaca wool duvet in the UK. We have since gone on to continue to innovate and create a core range of organic, sustainable, biodegradable bedding products to offer our customers environmentally friendly choices that are as good for the planet as they are their sleep health.
We are a bed shop with a difference. At Penrose Mill we are truly passionate about sleep and the benefits of using natural and sustainable fibres to enhance health and wellbeing. Our complete range of mattresses, mattress toppers, bedding protectors, duvets and pillows are all mindfully, handmade in our Nottinghamshire workshop. It’s our mission to honour traditional British manufacturing methods to deliver our customers luxurious, sustainable sleep experiences.
